1. Subscription Terms
By signing up for ContractPages, you agree to our Professional Plan. This plan is billed monthly at a rate of $297 per month. This all-inclusive fee covers the design, hosting, maintenance, and unlimited edits of your professional business website.
Billing begins only after you have reviewed and approved your custom demo site. Once the site is live, your monthly cycle commences.
2. Cancellation Policy
We believe in earning your business every single month. You may cancel your subscription at any time without any penalty, hidden fees, or long-term contract requirements.
Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After the period ends, the site will be taken offline. No further charges will be incurred following your cancellation request.
3. Domain Policy
ContractPages provides flexibility for your online address. You may choose to use a free custom subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.contractpages.com) provided by us for as long as you remain a customer.
If you already own a custom domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com), we will connect it to our servers at no extra cost. If you wish to purchase a new custom domain, we can assist you in the setup process, though the third-party registrar fees for the domain ownership remain your responsibility.
4. Support & Maintenance
Our service includes unlimited monthly edits. If you need to change your phone number, update your service list, or swap out an image, our team handles it for you. This ensures your site is always up-to-date without you having to touch a line of code.

5. Service Usage
We provide a managed service intended for local service businesses. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our community standards. All websites built on our platform are hosted on our secure, managed infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
